Orders will be invoiced and processed upon receipt. To ensure a rich quality product at a low price, once orders are placed, changes or cancellations cannot be made. If you would like to try a product before purchasing, fill out our sample request form.
Shipping
Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. All packages will ship USPS Priority Mail.
Payments
We accept payments using Visa, Master Card, Money Orders, and Checks. Checks must be from a United States bank. All orders paid by check will not be processed until the check has cleared. Please take note that our estimated 5-7 business day delivery date will be delayed if this method is selected.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
We request that you ship orders to a destination where someone can physically accept the package or it will be left at your door with no signature required. Once our carrier confirms delivery, we will not be held liable for lost or missing packages. It will be your responsibility to file a claim with the USPS. Damaged packages must be reported to Bubblelicious Body Essentials the day it is received.
Returns
Bubblelicious Body Essentials does not offer refunds or exchanges on returns due to our custom made products program and sanitary reasons. Products cannot be resold. We do offer sample packages to try our scents before purchasing.
Allergic Reactions
Bubblelicious Body Essentials will not be held liable for any allergic reactions/medical conditions from our products. Our products are made with fresh quality ingredients. Please read our ingredient labels carefully before use. If irritation does occur, please discontinue use immediately and contact your physician.
Shelf Life
Our products have a shelf life of approximately 1-year. Fragrances will tend to fade over time. For the freshest scent, we recommend usage at 6 to 8 months. Store products in a cool dark place tightly capped/sealed. Never let your products sit in direct sunlight nor in a car that will be exposed to heat.
